Service Coordinator with a skilled trades background

About the role
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of service tasks in our clients’ stores across countries. You will be based at our headquarters in Esbjerg and work closely with customers, technicians, and our internal departments. It is therefore important that you thrive in a role as a liaison between many stakeholders and can build strong relationships and communicate across international organizations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inquiries from customers via phone and email
  • Planning and coordinating service tasks, including ad hoc, urgent, and scheduled annual inspections
  • Having technical and financial responsibility for your own service assignments and smaller projects
  • Ensuring documentation and quality in all tasks
  • Supporting our project managers across the organization in connection with service tasks
  • Strengthening customer relationships and expanding our service portfolio

We imagine that you:

  • Have a skilled trades background and understand technical installations in retail environments, such as ventilation systems, roller shutters, etc.
  • Have experience with coordination, planning, or customer service
  • Are structured and able to maintain an overview
  • Communicate clearly and solution-oriented – both verbally and in writing
  • Are a team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service and ensuring satisfied customers
